At BoxDrop Direct, our goal is to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with zero hassle. Below are the details of how our shipping process works. 

 

Shipping Coverage 

We currently ship to the following states: 
Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. 

If you're outside of these states, you may still browse products, but checkout will be restricted. We're working to expand our shipping zones soon! 

 

Shipping Timeframes 

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days if the item is in stock. 
Orders placed after the daily carrier pickup will ship the next business day. You’ll receive an update from our team once your order is on the way. 

 

 Shipping Cost 

Shipping is free on all products currently available through BoxDrop Direct. No hidden fees, ever. 

 

Carriers 

We ship using FedEx or UPS, depending on which carrier will provide the fastest delivery for your order. 

 

Order Tracking & Delivery Status 

To track your order: 

  • Click the “Chat with Us” button in the bottom-right corner of our website. 

  • A member of our team will provide the latest shipping info for your order. 

 

Damaged or Lost Packages 

If your item arrives damaged or goes missing during shipping, please use the “Chat with Us” feature and select “Need to return an item?” to file a claim. 
 Our home office will review your claim and process a refund or replacement according to our Return Policy.
